Sadly I am reporting my first gain since this group started. I've been struggling to get back the motivation and dedication I had before I got sick. I've only been to the gym twice this month but I've been out to eat and for drinks several times. This past week alone I went out to eat at least 3 times. I have to do better than this.

Hmmmm not quite whats meant to happen!! No real surprise though as last week I was really sick so was either at work or in bed and comfort ate for England!
On the plus side I was healthy enough by Sunday to do the 10km race I'd signed up for and pulled in a personal best of 54mins55secs knocking 4 minutes off my last month race time :happy:0 -

I'm holding steady but feeling good b/c of the exercise. Mother-in-law has left, phew, and the house can get back to normal.
