I did my 30 around 5:00pm! Pulled out a huge bruiser hoop and did a lot of core for 20 minutes. Dominant and Alternant. Moving from hips to waist to chest and back. And these nasty leg lift things. And then I left the last 10 mins for jamming (which turned into 20 minutes so yay!)
I feel better already.

I did 30 min yesterday and my hoop flew off my arm and broke my lamp haha... I think I will have to do the 29 days left in the dark0
