Today will be a challenge - have a guest from out of town and we're going snowboarding. Also started a 30 day glute challenge today. We'll see, maybe our guest will hoop with me later :)
anyone here? Anyways, got off work early yesterday, so I managed to sneak over 30 minutes of hooping in before the husband got home and our out of town guest arrived. Wasn't feeling very inspired at first, but then was on a roll and kept going for 50 minutes.
Hi ladies :) I'm starting this thread, though I'm pretty sure I won't get any hooping in today. I teach 3 dance classes on Thursday nights and my body can't take anymore after working a 13 hour day. But I've been hooping more this month than I have in forever, so this challenge is definitely good for me!
Hi ladies? Anybody still doing this? I got my 30 minutes in yesterday and Monday but didn't check in. Looks like no one else did either though. Just started trying to work on paddles. I have breaks but have never tried to learn paddles. If anyone has any advice, or that one video that made you go "AHA! I get it!," please…
I just got my 30 minutes in but SO was not into it. Actually, the last 5 minutes, Beastie Boys' "Shake Yo Rump" came on, and that helped :) But yeah, I'm exhausted. Hope you ladies are having a good weekend.
Hope you girls don't mind that I started the thread, but I got my 30 minutes in early today and wanted to post before I left the house. Going to snowboard next and hope I didn't wear myself out.
Has anyone seen my head? It seems to have rolled off my shoulders! It is interesting how hooping after another workout has such a negative effect on my non dominate current, but sometimes seems to have a positive effect on the dominant current: I hooped for a song and half straight in one direction, but couldn't seem to…
Come on, folks! Tomorrow is the halfway point!
Uff, this is going to be difficult when my parents are in town next week! Maybe not: Mom kind of likes hooping, as well.
<tap, tap> Hello? Is this thing on?
