Today is Day 57 and my final week of Insanity. Time sure has flown by. The last month has been harder then I expected. I am slowly getting my energy back the past 7 to 10 days. The doctors are still puzzled why I had all the symptoms I was having. I have my appointment with a sleep specialist doctor on Wednesday. Keep up the awesome job everyone. You all are doing great.     Well done, Ryan!! Only 3 more days left. I bet you can't wait!! I have just begun week 6. That is, month 2. I survived today which was the fit test and max circuit interval. Hope to take pics soon to keep a log of my progress.

    As a side note, the best thing about this workout program are the stretches. I have not had any pain nor stiffness etc since I started which is great. I remember doing the 30 Day Shred and getting stiffness in the muscle.

    Power 90 is still my preferred workout. I am down almost 70 pounds now. I may try P90X next. I have been eating healthy and staying on track with my workouts. I am feeling great and the past 5 months has made me feel like a new person. I am more positive with everything going on in my life. Thank you again coach ryan and everyone here for your support. You all rock!!!!

    I have not posted on here for some time but since being on I am in my final week of FOCUS T25. I did the Alpha & Beta cycles & am now planning to order the GAMMA! This is an AWESOME program! I LOVED it over Insanity!!

    Ryan can you message me on ordering the GAMMA cycle? I went to Beachbody & I just see Focus T25 with the 2 cycles I am finishing up!

    I am still working out to Tony Hortons 10 minute trainers. I do between 1 and 3 workouts a day and am loving it since i am on a busy schedule at work until January. In January I will have time to try longer workout programs. Keep up the great job everyone.

    Great job to you too. I love the stretches too. I had some joint pain early on but I changed my shoes to some cross trainers and the pain went away. The only pain I have is from my lymes disease and some other medical issue I am getting tested for. I still feel better than I did a year ago. I am looking forward to T25 soon and P90X. I am undecided what I am doing next. I am thinking maybe a hybrid. You are doing great Keep it up.

    I am glad you enjoyed the T25 program. I am looking forward to it to. I was hoping to have completed it by now by my Insanity journey got set back when I injured my shoulder at work. I am completing my last week of Insanity and I may do a hybrid of T25 and P90X. Gamma is awesome according to several of my friends. Great job on your final week.

    Day 2, month 2: Hated almost every single bit of Max Interval Plyo today, but I pulled through... Only just!! Hope it gets better at the week progresses. OMG!!!

    Hang in there. You can do it. Max interval plyo is a killer. You will get stronger and it will become easier. I remember how hard month 1 seemed at the beginning. Month 1 seems way too easy now. You are doing great.

    I finished up Insanity on Sunday. I feel like I did amazing - more than my pix reveal, but I sent them in to get my t-shirt anyway! I took yesterday off and did a The Firm video today. It was one that I bought and looked at and promptly decided it was too hard. It was work and I fried off over 600 cals, but I never would have been able to do it if I hadn't pushed myself beyond with Insanity! Still not sure about what to do next - T25 is tempting, but I LOVE seeing those huge calorie burns from longer workouts. I'm also considering doing Insanity over again, even with the crazy burnout I experienced! The fact that pants I bought 2 weeks ago are now way too big speaks for itself regarding the effectiveness of Insanity!

    I know it's mean but I'm kind of giggling... give me a call after Max Recovery. ;) I'd rather have Max Interval Plyo twice in a row over a single Max Recovery! That was the worst!

    Hi, please giggle away! It serves me right! After burning 650 calories on month 2 day 1 AND completing month 1, I thought "I've got this!". Then I was brought back to Insanity reality with the Max plyo.

    Well done for completeIng this workout. Much respect! I hope to take it one day at a time and get to the finish line. I'll let you know what Max. Recovery is like tomorrow.

    Awesome job. You earned that shirt. Wear it proudly. Only 6% of people who start the program complete the whole thing. Way to go!!!!!

    WOOT WOOT 70 pounds lost. I am at 70 pounds lost in less than 6 months. Power 90 all the way. I have not been at my current in over 15 years. I am so read and pumped for P90X in November. I cannot wait.

    Awesome job Alex on that huge accomplishment of losing 70 pounds. You are doing super. Great job to everyone else on pressing play. Results will happen. Eat healthy and exercise and your body will love you for it. :smile:

    I'm indulging in food and sweets this weekend since I'll be 40 on Sunday. I'll still workout tomorrow... but not Sunday. And I'll still log my food..so when you see lots of sweets "don't get on my case" I'm celebrating and I give all of my MFP and FB friends permission to celebrate with me.
