    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? ~ Yes ~ Goal 1330 ~ (Food 1627 - Exercise 307) = 1320 Net
    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes ~ 12 mins Walking + 55 mins treadmill = 67 mins
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank?Yes

    Had a work day at home so didn't get to go out apart from to the local shop, so made up for it by doing intervals on the treadmill.

    Did I stay within my calorie budget? Yes, goal of 1530 with 213 extra calories from working out, I used 1233 so stayed under without having to use workout calories.

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes,30 minutes of dancing.

    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank: Yes


    October 9th
    Did I stay within my calorie budget? Yes, goal of 1530 plus 833 extra calories from working out. I used 1483, so stayed under goal without having to use workout calories.

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes did 60 minutes of Zumba and loved every minute of it.
