Keto Progress Tracker

Options
I don't remember who posted this on their feed awhile back, but I thought this would be something we could all use. It gives accurate counts and percentages based on your daily MFP food/weight. Just plug in 4 numbers a day, and you'll see your progress. I personally love this spreadsheet. Instructions for saving it and using it are listed on the right hand side, below the pie chart and weight graph. This is originally (to the best of my knowledge) posted to the keto reddit group.

Yes! I finally have over a month of data, and I'm loving it! Because I weigh (and record my weight) every day, I have a nice jagged up-and-down line that is VERY clearly heading in the down direction. It really helps keep me motivated on days when I have a gain, because I can just go back and look at all the other times I gained weight (just about every other day, actually), and realize that I am still on a downward trend. I mean, yeah, MFP does this, too, but the Keto Tracker is prettier and more concise.

Don't want to sound like I work at Rotten Tomatoes but, if you like that, you may also like this calculator:

I have used and like this calculator. The reason I posted and prefer the one I did is because I can keep an ongoing total of my numbers, percents, weights, etc, all saved into a spreadsheet I can carry with me wherever I go.
