Day 46 of 90

Focus T25 Beta Week 2 Day 4 : Upper Focus

After doing Upper Focust, I did my 105 Squats ( 4 sets of 26 with 10lbs and 1 set of 27 with 10lbs )..


It's almost the weekend!!!

    Good morning, all. For some reason, I woke up in a "whatever" mood (kind of like "I don't care"). Not a good attitude to have when eating healthy. Since this hasn't happened in a long while I am going to ignore it, bring plenty of healthy snacks to work, and see if tomorrow is a better day. I am going to work on squats this morning and head to the gym after work tonight for some arm work and the elliptical. Have a great Thursday!

    Great way to turn that mindframe around Tanya!

    I got up this morning with the start of a migraine (rain just came in) but still drove myself to the park and did my 2-1/2 miles in the rain. It's supposed to get worse later but my neighbor said I can use her treadmill at lunch if I want. :-)
