Hummm, I thought I posted this last night, but I don't see it. So here it is again.
I did 50 Wall push-ups at work (again, got paid to do them ha ha) for Oct 9th and then I just got done doing them for Oct 10th (also done at work.)
These are so easy to do now (hard to believe how hard they were at first. I even stood farter away from wall and moved arms out a little more to make more tension. .
Can not wait to see what the next challenge will be0 -

I've only just noticed this challenge. Is it a requirement of the UAC or an optional extra? If the former I guess I'm out of the UAC??

Since I started on October 6th, my first set was October 6th of the 50 wall pushups, I will do the next 5 days of 100 each day and the new squats.

Oh yeah, I get plenty of squats at work when I use the public restroom (and being diabetic and all the water I drink, that is like every 2 hrs. ha ha (squat over toilet). I also have continuted the wall push-ups, so that is great that it is still part of the mini challenge.
