    Cassie, great job with 30DS! I'm not sure I'd still be here at MFP or still working on my fitness if not for that DVD. It was the first thing I did when I started, and b/c I committed to doing it and finishing it no matter how much I gasped and fumbled, I saw results to keep me going. The main thing is to keep going even if you're sore b/c if u do, it gets better after day 3. Great job! I know that workout would still kick my behind!

    Laura, I bet that run made your whole day better. Good luck with your homework. ;-)

    Well I guess I picked up the same cold as my son. :( Today I have to take him to a meeting, so no run, but I'll polish off TUFF week2 lower body tonight and if the cold isn't too bad I'll go run tomorrow.

    So TGIF everybody!!!

    Again, a great saying Sherry.

    Today was TUFFer Phase 1 strength, then treadmill walking.

    I looking forward to Thanksgiving long weekend with my DH here in Canada. I hope everyone has a nice weekend.

    Today was TUFFer Phase 1 strength...done with week 2 and starting week 3 on Monday.

    Today's saying is amazing. Love that Sherry! Sorry to hear you got your son's cold.

    TUFF sounds really cool! How awesome that several of you are doing it.

    It's my rest day today, which is okay because my legs are screaming from last night's workout (which felt deceptively easy at the time). Truthfully I thought my trainer was taking it a little easy on me after pushing on Monday and Wednesday. Yeah...I can't stand up without whimpering. I never get this sore anymore, so it's kind of awesome.

    Day 2 of the 30 Day Shred done! I think my legs are going to riot, and I couldn't do the jump rope move to the fullest but I still did it.
    Tmrw's exercise will have to be in the morning since I've got lunch with the 'rents and Artemis night at a friend's house.
