Just an update, I increased calorie intake to 1300 this week. Macros are 120c/120p/38f. So far, so good. I think I am getting better with hitting macros too while still being under calorie. So that means some ice cream at night for me!!
I stopped cardio completely about three weeks ago. I only do the rowing machine for 10 mins as a warmup before lifting. Still doing the same workout three days a week:
Pull Day: (4 sets of 10 reps each)
Deadlift @ 50lbs
Pulldowns @ 40lbs
Dumbbell Rows @ 20lbs
Bent Over Rows @ 15lbs
Bicep Curls @ 20lbs
Reverse Curls @ 20lbs
Reverse Flies @ 15lbs
Push Day: (4 sets of 10 reps each)
Flat Bench @ 15lbs
Shoulder Press @ 15lbs
Dumbbell Flies @ 15lbs
Tricep Extensions @ 15lbs
Tricep Kickbacks @ 15lbs
Rope Cable Tricep Pulldowns @25lbs
Front Dumbbell Raise @ 15lbs
Lateral Dumbbell Raise @ 15lbs
Legs: (4 sets of 10 reps each)
Squats @ 40 lbs
Hack Squats @ 40lbs
Leg extensions @ 20lbs
Machine Hamstring Curls @ 20lbs
Lunges @ 30 lbs (15 lb each arm)
Calf Raises (just body weight)
Stiff Leg Deadlift @40 lbs
I started at lower weights three weeks ago, but have been working my way up each week. For core, I used to split it with push days and was doing leg raises (4 sets of 10 reps). But the past week, I decided to do Ab Ripper X daily (I am crazy) -- currently on day 9.
Weight remains to range between 95-96 the past 3 weeks.0 -

Hello again!
It's been a while, just wanted to update you on my progress. I have worked my way up to 1600 cals this week and I think this is where the road stops for me. The scale is continuously increasing and so are my measurements. I definitely notice some fluffiness in my abdomen area that I have already lost since starting my journey.
I started at 94.8lbs on Monday @ 1600 cals and today I weighed in at 96.4. Can you please confirm that I may have reached my maintenance at 1500? Thanks.0 -
Hi! Sorry for the crappy response time you have been getting.
To confirm..you have been at 1,600 for a week? Could you give us a summary of what our weight has done over the last 4 weeks in weekly increments.0 -

Just to encourage you to do some math, in case you think that is fat you gained. This can always help calm you down to reality.
1.6 lbs x 3500 cals/lb of fat = 5600 excess calories / 4 days = 1400 calories per each day over and above TDEE or maintenance level - if that was possibly fat.
Considering you ate 1600, you know your real maintenance isn't 200 calories - therefore that was not possibly fat.
Your weigh-in this morning - did you workout yesterday or eat more sodium than normal or still sore from a Wed workout?
