Day 47 of 90

Focus T25 Beta Week 2 Day 5 : Rip't Circuit AND Speed 2.0

After doing T25, I did my 110 Squats ( 4 sets of 25 with 10lbs and 1 set of 10 with 15lbs ).. pfewww

    Good morning. I likely won't have time for a full workout today since I have family coming in to town before I get home from work. I got in my squats and some ab work this morning though. Now...of to work. Have a great Friday!

    Happy Friday Ladies!! Day 47 today and I can't believe how fast this challenge is going!! Focus T25 doubles today. Everyone have a great weekend!!

    Today's workout is 55 minutes long so I will be doing it tonight....I don't have that much time in the morning. My husband will be out of town tonight so I won't feel guilty working out that long!!

    Wow what a day. Woke up with a blazing migraine, running late to get my little one on the bus and then to work! However, despite the rain I still walked for my telepresence meeting (impressing my co-workers) and got a few others moving today too. Finally home now at 7:15 and about to get my ab work in before going for a nice long walk to try to burn off my ridiculously high calorie but sooo delicious lunch today (crispy chicken wrap...mmm). It's hard not having nutritional values, I hope I overestimated like I wanted too, just to be on the safe side!

    Hi gang. I ended up finding some free time and went to the gym for a walk/jog on the treadmill. Phew....because tomorrow is going to be a busy day. Fun, but busy. Beach in the morning, family in the afternoon, girls night out in the evening. I will try to find some gym time in there somewhere. :)

    I just walked 7 miles! 7 MILES! around my complex. I am beyond excited...of course both of my legs want to fall off - but I'm not huffing and puffing...I really feel like I'm getting stronger! Tomorrow I'm planning for a really nice solo walk along the canal. There is a path that stretches across New Jersey and runs 68 miles. I'm hoping for another 7-8 miles tomorrow!
