Given the name of this group, and the fact that none of us is doing (afaik) 30 day shred... I wish we could change the name, or start a new group. A "south beach way of life" group...

    I agree and love the idea...start a new group and I nominate you as the leader. You are a perfect role model for living...The South Beach Way Of Life.

    That is what I think without even one cuppa coffee. (Just got up...really late night last night) Not bad, eh? :bigsmile:

    I agree, I have NO intention of doing the "30 day shred"....not for this old lady! LOL....Yes Sabine, by all means let's start a new group and I agree with Nanc, you'd be the perfect leader. You can count on me to be there each day and help keep the chatter up! :smile:

    Saw the group...last activity was two months ago. And checked members...mostly they do not check in. But I am there with you kid...I love our energy and think you are a super role model.

    Have to work today...but will join and say hello for now.

    lol yeah, I haven't been very tempted to do 30 day shred either.

    Let me know if they let you help moderate, then I will join too. =)
    Never heard back from moderators, but have posted a few things over there. It's a general south beach board. With no one on it. :-)

    Happy to see the name change...only shredding going on is when I shred the boneless skinless chicken breasts in my newest recipe.

    Stil lin this...have not missed a day since righting the ship and making a commitment (began SB with heart and soul Aug 18)...and boy am I ever living the SB WOL.

    Finally used my electric pressure cooker and found a very SB recipe for shredded chicken tacos.

    Naturally using Ezekiel tortillas. The little ones ...

    And most of the time, pouring the meat over a plate of cold, crunchy ice berg. Very tasty.
