    This Week's Weight - 150 lbs

    Either the 149.2 was a glitch with my scale last week (since it's read 150 every day since Friday), or I really gained...

    My Mom was in last weekend, made a few bad food decisions. Logged the gain like a big girl and I'm moving on. 150 was my goal by this Friday so I guess I should be happy with it...I realize this close to my 147 ultimate goal this will happen.

    So pleased and honestly shocked. My goal for this week was to be at 146 at the very most. I worked out Monday-Friday with weights all days except a 5k on Tuesday, and then went rock wall climbing on Saturday. Once Friday hit, I ate from restaurants, chips and cookies, pop tarts. Yet I've seen 144 for two days now and am veeeery pleased.

    Ran a half marathon yesterday!!! And then had pulled pork poutine and a pumpkin beer. Yuummmmm. Today is Thanksgiving here in Canada, so I haven't eaten anything yet today. Hoping to exhibit at least some restraint later, haha.

    Omg, pork poutine. Was it at Pig in Victoria? That's the only place I used to get it, and I'd kill for a bite of that now!
