Hi my name is Roselie,
I am new to this sight, just want to know what is working for some people supplement wise.
I have recently started trying this skinne product it seems to work good it gives me energy to get a work out in and it seems to help me curb my cravings. I think that it taste like apple sauce, if you are interested in trying it you can find it at http://Angelo.nutrie.com
what work outs are better cardio or strength training?

    Ideally, we get 2 - 3 days a week of strength training, and 5 - 6 days a week of cardio. Often, on my strength days, I have just a cardio warm up before the strength, but on the days between strength training, I do a good hour of cardio. And the type of cardio varies...walk, bike, water aerobics, intervals. Mixing it up is excellent to use as many of the muscle groups as possible.
