i normally go breakfast, morning snack, lunch, avo snack, protein shake after evening excercise and then dinner. try to keep the mains small size. So 5 I guess. Dont eat any calories after dinner and try to have by about 7 - 7-30PM.0

Ok that's cool yeah I don't eat after 6.300

I just keep eating small things every 2 hours then have dinner at 6:30pm (Dinner is usually 300-500cal and my only 'main' of the day)0

Yeah thats pretty much what i do dont like to eat after 6pm though a casein shake just before bed is good.0
