Yesterday I completed Insanity. I am taking today as a rest day. I am going to work out next to T25 and P90X. Keep up the awesome job everyone. You all are doing great. I've just started week 7.0 -
I started my T25/Asylum Hybrid yesterday. Like them both so far, but only one day of each... Fitting the ladder in here is a b*tch but it's fun since I'm so not an athlete & I get to pretend I'm one!0

Tony Horton 10 minute trainers are still my workout. I am having great results and the workouts are perfect for my busy time schedule. I can always squeeze in a 10 minute workout 3 times a day. Keep up the great job everyone!!!0

I am still doing great with Power 90. One more pound lost since last weight in. 71 pounds lost in less than 6 months. I am feeling great and looking forward to starting P90X next month.0
