Day 50 of 90

Focus T25 Beta Week 3 Day 1 : Core Cardio

After doing Core Cardio I did my 135 Squats ( 3 sets of 45 with 10lbs )


Well after not losing any weight last week, I am determined to kick this weeks butt!!!

    Welcome Everyone to Day 50! Time is flying bye in this challenge!! Keep moving forward, and if last week wasn't the best, forget about it and just move ahead. I did Beta Speed 2.0 this morning. I've developed my own schedule with Beta and Gamma that i'm starting today so we'll see how things go. Everyone have a great day!!:smile:
  • Today was Lower Body Lean Out and a 60 minute run.

    50 DAYS! Holy cow!

    Today I went to the gym with a friend from work (who is on my team for the work challenge). She went into the step class (man that looked like fun) and I power walked on the treadmill. I never go with anyone, so I was so self conscious that I told her I had to finish up something so she'd be already in class when I entered the locker room to get dressed. I always find a corner to tuck myself in. While I feel great about my progress so far, I can't wait for the day when I don't care about getting changed in front of others!
