    Completed fit test yesterday (oct 14th), burned 332 calories during the fit test. It reminds me all the body parts I have which have been forgotten lately :-) its sore... but will do "Plyometric Cardio Circuit" today as per the calendar...

    I did my fit test on the 14th and the plyrometric cardio circuit today - I have never been this "worked out" ever! It seems to be an amazing workout, and it's great to know some people that started at the same time!
