Sherry the saying is certainly true.
Today was Treadmill walking followed by Abs & Elliptical in a workout called Get Rid of Muffin Top at the JeFit web site.
I hope all my DWOPs are having a good workout week.0 -
Quick check-in. Long day.
More walking than I ever intended today. 1st w/lil girl to the library and then back to school in the afternoon, then the usual stuff with the tutor, but did lots of walking before & after my run, which was 30minutes. Then walked over halfway home with my son. About to go walk him down to his taekwon-do and back right now. Not sure if I'm gonna have time to help him with his exercises tonight. Will hit TUFF upper body tonight afte rthe kids goto bed. Also learned that we have a busy week coming up thanks to my son getting jobs from all these castings lately. He's thrilled, but I'm not looking forward to all of the kid roulette that we have to do with him and his little sister in order to make it happen. But, that's what parents are for.

Performed 2 miles of Leslie Sansone Fast 4 Miles DVD this morning for a 31 minute cardio session.
Sherry, we surecan understand how busy you will be as mom, taking care of home/hubby, and the young children. Some of us have BTDT but I tip my hat to You because I was not involved in fitness at that time.:blushing: Congrats to your son for landing those jobs, too.

Great workouts everyone!
I had Pilates class after work. Was stuck in meetings all day and didn't get out for a walk, so I stopped at the gym on the way home from Pilates and walked for 35 minutes just to move. Felt good just to move.0 -
