Rebecca's Goal 2013

My goal is to feel better Physically, Mentally, Socially, and Emotionally. I also want to feel more comfortable around people and find myself more, be more comfortable in my own skin, I want to have more friends, and not hate everything all the time. I want to learn to appreciate things more and I want to learn to not think so negativiley about everything all the time and I want to work on thing, such as my struggles and my problems, and I want to learn to work through things and talk through them, and instead of bottling things up inside until I feel horrible, learning to talk to people about my problems and I dont want to worry so much and stop being so pessimistic about life. I want to not care about what other people think about me and just learn to love myself. :)
