My Goals, Lana 2013

I have been self conscious an bout my body all my life... I just hide it by my outgoing personality. I want to lose more weight and mostly bady fat. I want to be able to run without running out of air. I just want to feel like i can acomplish anything, being healthier, is proven that having a healthy weight and apitight will help with the hole mind and spiret thing, and people tend to live longer. I feel like this class will mak it happen for me, if I really put my mind to it.

  • I am right there with you on the running thing. I think you will do amazing things in this class. Just make sure you keep these goals in the back of your head so you remember what you are working for. Good luck.
