Goal

My goal is to get to 140 pounds that means I have to lose 40 pounds. I want to lose this weight so I am healthier and can feel confident in my own skin. I also hope to fit into one of those skimpy bikinis and still look really good. I was almost there last year but I gained like 20 pounds over the summer. I plan to reach this goal by working hard on nutrition and doing lots of exercise.

  • Hey, I think that you honestly can lose that weight, you are very inspiring with losing weight and being healthy. I see your food log every time I log mine, and it makes me want to eat healthier and remember to log mine as much as you do. And girl by the summer I bet you'll be comfy in that bikini!! Lol.
