Hi Jaz. I'm in Uk - not only that but I'm also from the Kingdom! If you want me to give you a check in at the end of the day I will be happy to do so and compare data. I've been using ki-fit for a while now and it helps me see how much (or some days how little energy I am expending!) I love MyFitnessPal and often can be shocked at how many calories can be in some products. I'm usually very diligent at recording things but gave up while on holiday last week as I didn't even want to think about it. Will be heading back to gym on Monday for aquaboot class and hydrospin and then pilates on Tuesday. Love your dog pic. I have a westie!
