Hi all! Checking in now b/c I'll be getting busy this afternoon (until the next 5 day..lol...but yikes!) Today the weather is better, but I'm in a PMS (& sleepy) fog and am thinking of skipping running today, to save my energy. Tonight I have to take my son to a fashion show rehearsal and have no idea how long it will take, but I think I'll still have time for TUFF later. Bright & early tomorrow is an all-day photoshoot for my son, so you might not hear from me at all and as usual there'll be no exercise although I'll likely be exhausted by the end of it. :sick:

Good morning Sherry and all to come!
Well, I am still not running, but I can still get in a pretty good workout. I did stairclimber yesterday, got a good sweat going on there and then did some strength stuff after (squats, lunges, arms, abs....and other things) I actually feel sore this moring in my legs, so I guess it was a good workout. Not sure what I will do today, if it would clear off some I would go for a bike ride.
Slept terrible last night, it was very muggy and warm. Could hear the heavy rain outside and I was awake a lot. Hopefully this coffee will pick me up!0 -

Today was Treadmill walking following by Abs & Elliptical.

This morning was two workout sessions...Kickboxing and outdoor walking.

I'm always posting hours after everyone else, but at least I get to see what everybody else is up to.
Was stuck in meetings most of the day. Hate when I can't get a walk in! Construction on the freeway meant I was also late to the gym so my warm-up walk was short, but I had a killer leg & low back workout with my trainer. An hour later & the muscles in my legs are still twitching.0
