Hello my good friends! Yesterday you gave me such motivation and today even though it was raining i got out and i walked about 5.4km (3.35miles). I walked through the center of my town and i went to the outdoor local market.I watched many different kind of things and many people who were shopping! I was just passing away with many images of my mind! What about you how many miles did you walk/run/did on the treadmill/did on stationary bike?0

Walked on treadmill, then the weather got nice. So, I got to walk outside.

I did two miles today from office to the beach front and back to look at a commercial property. I'd normally dive into the car. Quite pleased with my self.0

Walked 4.75 miles yesterday outside and 2 miles inside on the elliptical. I don't know if walking on machines counts on this challenge.0

I was wondering about a walking video. It is walking in place but adds some zumba and cardio kickboxing. It says that it is the equivalent of walking 4 miles. Does this count as walking??0

I have accumulated 22.9 mile as of this morning. The Runtastic Apps. really make it easy to keep track. Yesterday I had the great experience of walking in a hail storm. People must have thought that I bumped my head or something to be out there walking. But after a day of cooking and cleaning the house it felt great to be out in daylight. As of late most of my walking has been at night and no matter how much reflective tape or blinking lights you rear. Nobody sees you, lol0
