This is freakin perfect for me..gained 5 lbs but for a month of eating out a bunch could have been worse.
I am putting this on tomorrow since you all posted today already. I got home Tuesday night. Wednesday my husband and I went for a great two hour hike, the fall colors are perfect here and so is the sunny and 60 degrees weather.
Today I went back to nia class and ran up and down my stairs a ton of times cleaning and unpacking.
Made huge pot of soup today and came home to 3 very large bags of our apples from my tree. Making apple sauce tomorrow and on Saturday apple, rubarb, and strawberry jam....usually I just make apple sauce and a few pies but cutting out pies after trip.
I haven't made jam in 30 years since in my 20's. It's funny my younger daughter is Suzy homemaker and is helping me.
And I plan to do my hill walk on Friday before anything else..0 -
Maria it never goes in a straight line. Enjoy cooking up a storm.
Today, was as strength training then treadmill walking.

Marla, happy cooking this weekend and enjoy that time with your DD. That is just NICE how many apples that your tree produced, too. We have a very young apple tree and it barely produces enough for a snack...lol.

Hi--just a pit stop for me. I was exhausted last night & lil girl wouldn't sleep, so no TUFF last night. Today was an ALL DAY photoshoot, we were gone from 8am til 9pm. Exhausted. Gonna make-up the TUFF this weekend. I was a slug today, stuck and unable to go for a walk or anything, but am mentally exhausted and hoping the kids will cooperate about bedtime. Hoping to have a better report next check-in.

I love the friendships you all have with each other! I can tell you're truly friends.
I had a trainer session at 5 this morning, 10 hours after finishing up last night's. Even Jason (my trainer) was saying "Doesn't it seem like we were just doing this?" I was so wiped out from Wednesday & Thursday night's workouts that honestly I can't tell you if I had a good workout this morning or not. Ha. I think Jason pretty much guided me around the gym and I'm reasonably certain I did everything he wanted me to, so I'll say yes.
