Today's saying is so true.
It was Treadmill walking and elliptical today; finishing off the remaining time for this workout week in the lower 2 heart rate categories as per my Polar FT80 HRM Star built in trainer.

Another quick drive-thru for me. Mostly rest day, except a walk with my little girl which ended at a birthday party of my son's classmate. Besides TOM, the rest is starting to make me feel better. I had been feeling pretty run-down this past week. Still have some catching-up to do on TUFF and also on my son's exercises. There's always tomorrow.

4 mile run for me today. Focused on running at my easy pace and was really consistent with my splits, so I was happy with it. I've only been doing 2 and 3 mile runs for the past month (partly because I've done a couple of 5K races and partly because of the training plan I'm following), and honestly I don't start feeling good until somewhere in my 3rd mile (was 3.2 today), so it was nice to remember why I do this.0
