    Thanks so much for the challenges. I got back on track and broke through to my 48-pound weight-loss goal for this year. woo-hoo! Plus an extra pound to get me started on my 30-pound goal for 2014.

    Exercised?: Yes--110 minutes of walking (15,350 steps + 80 minutes of water aerobics)
    Calories?: Yes--G 1600, F 2338 E -1054 N 1284 (316 remaining)
    Tracked?: Yes

    I lose my most weight when I have 1 or 2 higher calories days a week--With this challenge, I now exercise ALOT on that day so I am still below my goals, but eat more. Yesterday was a weird eating day for me, but instead of declaring it a treat day like I have in the past, I logged everything and made better decisions than I would have in the past. Went to a art festival (w/fair food), ate at our friends house, and then stayed for a party to watch the FSU game (lots of party food). I am grateful for this challenge :)
