I lose my most weight when I have 1 or 2 higher calories days a week--With this challenge, I now exercise ALOT on that day so I am still below my goals, but eat more. Yesterday was a weird eating day for me, but instead of declaring it a treat day like I have in the past, I logged everything and made better decisions than I would have in the past. Went to a art festival (w/fair food), ate at our friends house, and then stayed for a party to watch the FSU game (lots of party food). I am grateful for this challenge0 -
