Does anyone visit the atkins.com chat room? It is really great and I get a lot of support in there. Very friendly people. I am a member of atkins.com under username Denise C if anyone wants to add. I also recommend visiting the chat room as it is very fun, we really talk about anything. There are members that have been on Atkins for years. Good luck everyone on your Atkins journey. So far I lost 22 lbs with 40 more to go. Atkins is a life style change for me so I will be doing this forever.
