Started 30 Day Slimdown today...

anyone currently doing the 30 day Slimdown rotation of 30DS, NMTZ and BFBM?? I'm on day 1 and completed level 1 of 30DS for the first time. It wasn't too bad. From reading reviews, I think I expected to be completely worn out. Some bits were really tough (arms were like jelly during the side lunges!), but at the end I actually had a ton of her energy left and felt great. I used 2.5kg weights and according to my HRM burned 180 calories. My goals are to lose 6 lbs and 2%bf. I currently weight 167 and bat 33.5% bf? is that doable? If anyone's doing the rotation feel free to add me.

Im doing 30 DS and NMTZ at the same time but tomorrow i finish 30 DS finally so tuesday would be NMTZ with Ripped in 30 at the same time.0

Did NMTZ for the first time yesterday. Found it pretty difficult. I think mostly bc I struggled to get proper form and balance with a lot of the moves. Sure if will get better the more I do it. If I can ever do her full set of plank rows that's when I know I've made it lol!0

Actually i do NMTZ complete since day 1 except for one exercise with the knee cuz i have problem with my right knee and dont want to hurt her more so i dont do that part but besides that i do it all and i love it. Now you ask me about RI30 vs 30DS today was my Day 2 Week 1 of RI30 and even when i feel is more easy than 30 DS i think it makes you sweat more and to feel more sore because my legs are killing me right now also my back but is easy because there are simple moves nothing weird or pretty hard theres an exercise that i do when i was at school in gym class so is nothing weird but it kills me lol so i think my body hurts because is Day 2 maybe tomorrow it wont hurt when my body get use to do it.0

Hey sometimes the simple moves are the most effective! I'm only on day 4 of my schedule and already thinking about what to do next. I need to focus on finishing these 30 days first!0
