    I'm willing to help I'm 5'7.5 " and i curently gained 25 pounds due to a change in where i work my goal weight is a muscular 145 which was what i weighed before..... but its insanly hard for me because I'm around heavier people all day and my friends eat like crap I'll post pictures of what i want to get back to and what i am now
  • Yay thanks for the reply! So it is just easily available unhealthy snacks that are your current downfall or is it the temptation to order what your friends are having? I found that once I had started learning more about what is in junk food I started being able to think "do I really want to put that inside of me"... Like learning about what goes into haribo type sweets and what Pringles are made of etc.

    Awh I feel so short compared to you guys :bigsmile: :bigsmile: I'm 5'3, 140lbs currently, hoping to get it down to 115lbs eventually.
    I find that if I work out then I dont want to eat as much any more because I'm almost scared of ruining my good work.
  • Yeah I feel like that sometimes, but I have to force myself to eat protein or drink a protein shake after a work out because I know my body needs it. I'm very worried about losing muscle weight rather than fat!

    And there are good things about being shorter! I wish I could wear high heels all the time :(

    Add me if you like! I try my best to be supportive. I am 5'7". I have gone from 175 to 135 to 122, and I am currently 126ish. Just looking to lose a few more lbs to put me back where I was. I was a chronic distance runner and now I just run for fun and take walks. So yeah....I've been around the weightloss block haha
  • Hey ladies! Please add me as well :) I'm 5'0, 125 and aiming to hit 110. In all honesty, the actual weight doesn't bother me, I just want to look more toned, work out a little more, and eat a little healthier!
  • Hey! Feel free to add me as well :). I'm started at 132, currently at 124 and trying to get down to 119 but primarily my goal is to finally get my waist down to a 26! In any case the scale numbers don't matter as much to be as muscle tone and inches.

    My waist is a 26 now but my hips/legs definately don't match it! So I am hovering between a UK size 8/10 which make buying new clothes frustrating. Im hoping toning up plus losing these last 10lbs will fix it!
