Good Morning DWOPs....
Lovely weather to wake up to here this morning...mostly sunny and current temp around 63 degrees. Felt great when I stepped outdoors to let the pup out of kennel after my workout.
TUFFer Phase 1 Strength performed this morning. Performed less reps with heavier weights in every exercise compared to last week with one exception…the Single Arm overhead Press (maintained 15 lbs). It felt so good afterwards!

I came back in to update that I added a 42 minute outdoor walk done about three hours after my lifting session this morning.0 -
Hey there fit friends. I have no good news to report. I'm still behind on TUFF, as I've fallen full-blown sick again (sniff. sniff. cough. cough.) I accidentally fell asleep early last night. If I fall asleep before midnight, I inevitably wake up 3hrs later, in the middle of the night, and can't get back to sleep. bingo. So I was running on empty today. Did lots of walking & tot-carrying with lil girl in order to get some shopping done. Got to help my son with his exercises. But now, I'm wiped out and have to be up early to travel with my son to the coast for an all-day photo shoot. I hope I feel better in the morning than I do now. :sick: So, do an extra "healing" rep to the gods of fitness & health for me. :laugh:
Stay well everyone and dig deep, we're going to be closing out this year before you know it.
