Hi everyone! My apologies if this question has been asked before, but I am a little confused! I started the program today and did stage 1 workout A as follows:
Squat: Set 1 of 2
Rest 60 seconds
Squat: Set 2 of 2
Rest 60 seconds
Push-up: Set 1 of 2
Rest 60 seconds
Seated Row: Set 1 of 2
Rest 60 seconds
Push-up: Set 2 of 2
Rest 60 seconds
Seated Row: Set 2 of 2
Rest 60 seconds
Step up: Set 1 of 2
Rest 60 seconds
Prone jackknife: Set 1 of 2
Rest 60 seconds
Step up: Set 2 of 2
Rest 60 seconds
Prone jackknife: Set 2 of 2
Rest 60 seconds
Am I doing this right? I feel like it was all over so quick, it probably only lasted all of 30 minutes, maybe even less. So I just want to know, is that how long it's supposed to be?

PS - Those prone jackknife exercises were H-A-R-D!!!

Yes, you did it correctly. The Stage 1 workouts go by pretty quickly and 30 minutes sounds about right if you're able to move straight through it. Once you move on to the later stages, the workouts will get longer. Stage 2 for me is taking closer to an hour.0
