Focus T25 Beta Week 4 Day 2
Dynamic Core, followed by part of my 185 Squats!!(I only got in 4 sets of 31 with 10lbs, will do the rest after class tonight)

Good morning! I start vacation around 3pm today....very excited! I had set a specific goal for this cruise and today was my weigh in since we have a big dinner scheduled for tonight at Carrabas. The goal for the cruise was 43 lbs lost. I hit 40 lbs! I'd call that close enough. Yay! Now the focus is fun until Sunday. The plan is to not worry about food or calories on the cruise but to work out every morning to keep my mind focused on the right things. I will likely gain a few lbs and I will not worry about it!

This morning was Fire 55 EZ - spent this weekend in my mountain home with family and my sister in law and I came up with an idea to step on the scale every monday morning and take a picture...then text the picture to each other for accountability!! I have been following my routine pretty close and can see my waist shrinking finally!!!0

It's a family cruise (small family) to Nassau, Bahamas. We are trying a short 3 day cruise to see if my dad can handle it. If we like it we will do a longer cruise next year.0 -

Heather" Yes it's a hybrid I made up with Beta and Gamma. I actually like it. Gamma is pretty much all strengthening, so I'm taking the cardio from Beta and the strengthening from Gamma. I'm excited to see what my results are going to be. I'm going to do this for 4 weeks and see how it goes. I just love T25!0 -

Today was our work's 5K run 3K walk. As much as I WANTED to do the run...they all looked so pumped!...I was sensible and did the walk. It was funny though because the path was narrow and I got stuck towards the back...all I kept thinking was "you people are slowing me down!" lol so I cut around them.
Last night people in the neighborhood put stuff out for Bulk Pick Up day and we scored ourselves a completely working and awesome recumbent bike! Yes, we pulled from someone else's heap, but really it's in perfect shape! My trainer is great, but the angle on my seat was hurting my tush...this gives me a another option so I can keep changing it up. LOVE IT!0 -
Not sure if this is an indicator of what's to come but I had my family dinner tonight and I chose a fairly (within reason) healthy dinner but ate some bread and oil (Carraba's) and had some drinks. Might have to control the drinks a bit. Or just forget about it until Sunday and deal with the consequences next week. I have confidence now in myself to lose a few days in the interest of a great vacation and then bounce back with force come Monday. I will have to think about it.0
