Training schedule question

Hi runners!
I have a question for all of you with more wisdom than me!
I'm not currently training for a race. I'm working on keeping/building my base and I recently starting endurance training (free weight circuit). Soooo my schedule looks like:
Sunday: Long run (around 10 miles)
Monday: OFF
Tuesday: Gym circuit + easy run (4 miles)
Wednesday: Easy run (4 or 5 miles)
Thursday: Gym circuit
Firday: Hill repeats
Saturday: AM: Gym circuit + PM: Easy run (4 miles)
total: 3 gym session
running 27-30 miles
I'm having a hard time doing both the gym session + running on tuesday night. I don't want to skip that run because I think my mileage is already low....
Should I go to the gym on monday and only run on tuesday ? That would mean no rest day.
Is a complete rest day necessery or the way I'm breaking down my runs enough rest ?
Thanks for any advices!
Josée

You could run or lift in the morning and do the other at night if possible.0

I start work to early to do that. I may also be a bit to lazy haha
I guess it's what I should do... I hate running in the dark!0 -
As you're still building your base perhaps you could drop the hill repeats and do your 4 mile run on Friday? Personally i wouldn't worry too much about speed work for a while.......0
