So My Beloved is brutally honest. And last night he gave me the metaphoric "slap in the face". He told me, "Your passion is gone." ???? Ugh. So I have my list reasons (excuses) and he called me out on it.

So...I'm driving back to reality and boarding the "Eat More To Weigh Less" train again and NOT gonna "accidentally" fall off.
The holidays are around the corner, and I refuse to show up humiliated, wearing the obvious signs of my sins around my waist.

Advice, cheers, "I've been there" words would be appreciated! I apologize for not being more supportive, I will do better. I haven't been on this journey for over a year to give up now!
