    Felt so guilty:embarassed: that I'd gone over my budget by 28 cals, I went out in the chilled night air for a very brisk 10 min walk around the block ~ now I'm well and truly green again :bigsmile: I did do a lot of walking today but didn't switch on my phone app to log it all :sick: ~ so can't wait until my Jawbone UP tracker arrives so I don't have to worry about it.

    I had a late-night gouda interaction last night that throws me out of the running. It's been great, really helpful, (the challenges, not the cheese encounter, though that was pretty good, too) and I'll see you all at the next challenge!

    My physical therapist told me today that I may need to slow down a bit. HaHaHa!! I told him that I will when October is over. I have too many challenges going on this month to stop now!! He laughed!! Lost 3 pounds so far this month and doing great (well except for the sciatica pain)!! :bigsmile:
