Felt so guilty:embarassed: that I'd gone over my budget by 28 cals, I went out in the chilled night air for a very brisk 10 min walk around the block ~ now I'm well and truly green again :bigsmile: I did do a lot of walking today but didn't switch on my phone app to log it all :sick: ~ so can't wait until my Jawbone UP tracker arrives so I don't have to worry about it.0 -
