Day 59 of 90
Focus T25 Beta Week 4 Day 3 "Core Cardio"
So not only do I owe 61 from yesterday's squat challenge because I got home from class late ... but I slept in by accident this morning and we have 190 today!! So after T-ball practice tonight I have to try to do my 251 squats on top of my T25 I missed BEFORE I do my homework
Oh boy!! I may have to do double t25 tomorrow and just do my squats tonight!! :grumble:

This morning was tough getting out of bed, the temperatures are dropping and I want to stay under those covers! My workout today was just 20 minutes of core workout and a 10 minutes stretch, which I do following most workouts. My jeans are getting loose around the waist and under my butt but not sure if it is Turbo Fire or the Squat Challenge.0

Welcome to day 59! I didn't get my workout in this morning, but will take today as my rest day. I will do doubles tomorrow because I will be unable on Friday. I just have to switch things around today. Everyone have a great day. Rhenee-congrats on the loose jeans that's always a nice feeling. I totally understand the weather reference because the same thing is happening here and I feel the same way.0

I hate the weather. I want to be with Tanya on her cruise! :-)
Today was a crazy stressful day at work. I wanted to hit the gym but I couldn't get away from my desk and calls. After my son gets home and settled I'm going to pull out the bike and get pumping for about a half hour though that tired, just wanting to stay in bed feeling has hit me today too! Great job everyone!0 -
MyLittleOwl, I can relate to the crazy day at work! I was ready to kill people I was so stressed today!! Hubby was kind enough to take Gage to Tball, so i did the dishes and a load of laundry real quick and busted out my 250 Squats, 120 Bicep Curls and 50 Arnold Presses all with 10 lb dumbells
I was going to do the T25 i missed this morning but I decided that since I took a vacation day tomorrow ( my son has an early doc appointment and I have an exam tomorrow night to study for) I will just do doubles in the morning!!

LOL, yes killing people was exactly how I felt today! I got my workout in, feel a little less stressed, and now ready to crawl into bed where my son has so generously left me 6 inches to sleep lol. Tomorrow is a work at home day, so I'm super excited that I can get an extra workout in!0
