Oct. 25th sign-ins (practice)

Hi, folks! This challenge doesn't officially begin until November 1st. But for those of you who want to start now, I'll be posting practice sign-ins until the end of October. If you don't want to participate in the practice sign-ins, that's fine. If you do chose to participate and you mess up, you won't be booted from the group: until November, it's just practice.

Remember: you're free to say "no" to any of these questions through October 31st. But when November 1st hits, you must answer "yes" to all three questions every day in order to remain in the group.

    I'll answer at night once I'm done with all my food. I'm on the west coast (CA). Sometimes I switch things up in my food diary as late as my late snack, which is not that late actually, about 6:00 pm PST.

    I'm looking forward to this. I answered the one question I can honestly so far. Do you want us to open our diaries?

    I think this is cool Sat is the day that I generally take off, but I'll manage to get some type of exercise in on those days.
  • I'm excited to join. I've only been doing this for almost 2 weeks now. I am having difficulty losing weight. 2 years ago I was at 28% body fat, and I am now down to 14%. I want to get to 10% or 11% and I am trying to use myfitnesspal to help me do this. Even though I hit my goals every day, my weight has not decreased. Hopefully joining in a group will help redouble my efforts and get me to my goal. I'm doing a 5 mile mud obstacle course on Sunday, so that should be fun.
