So glad it's Friday!!
Started off my day with 40 squats!
I think I'm going to set a timer to go off every 30 minutes.
ETA - got in 80 leg raises. Working glutes, today!!

I won't be at work today, but I'll be thinking about all of you! Did 25 squats and 10 granny push ups this morning before my coffee. This group is great and really took me out of my physical trance in the office this week.
After the sun comes up this morning, I plan to put on my coat and wool cap and go for a 3 hour walk/hike in the nearby national park.

simsburyjet, I wish I could do a real push up... I can't do a single one. That's actually a goal of mine, to be able to do a few. I have no upper body strength at all. I've tried to do them and can only go down a few inches before I start shaking all over.0 -
Hollis saw your pic and your light enough to push down and push up.. Go on you tube and find a woman doing a push up.
Your hands need to be shoulder lenght and in front of you. .You can do it, your stronger than you think.0 -
Great to see everyone today!! I got in more squats and step ups, plus a set of sumo squats. Oh, and I don't want to forget to do more dead lifts and leg lifts! And bridges!!0

Probably my last post here for today. But just had to note that I got in those dead lifts and leg raises, and even some time on the bike. Eta- and planks, too!!
Hope to get in bridges/hip thrusts before the day is over, as well as a nice evening walk.

Glad I checked in as I need a burst. Had a tough workout at the gym before work. Going to head up to do the 4 flights of stairs 3 times with squats at top and bottom.... or maybe do some punches instead. Love the ideas you guys have.

Before people arrive we do some at our cubicles. After that I find empty conference rooms and lock the door or
we use the single large bathroom where you can lock the door. I like the conference rooms as they have nice
rugs. 2 minute planks are great as is stairs like you said..0 -
@simsburyjet - Chinese pushups are kinda like dive bomber pushups......if that makes sense?

Simsburyjet, thanks for the hope. I took my profile pictures back in April and have lost 39 pounds since then, so I am now 139. I will definitely look up some videos on youtube this weekend.0 -

@Simsburyjet, I did it! You just made my whole week@nehaghosh, tx for the support.
I went on youtube, found some videos, put my arms out shoulder length (they were different before) and did 5 real push ups, LOL. They were really BAD push ups -- my stomach went down on the carpet each time -- but I raised my body each time with my arms and my knees were not on the carpet. It's a start, ha ha.0
