Thanks for the suggested websites! I'm starting on Monday to see how I adjust. I may not go cold, but I'm starting.

Its a pay site but she does have some freebies. Her recipes are great, unique and delicious! She also has some amazing bodyweight and dumb bell workouts on here.

I just made these last night. Gets my candy craving out of the way!

    Vegan Lemon Blueberry Energy Bites

    Ingredients:
    2.5 cup unsalted cashews
    .75 cup chopped dates
    2 Tbsp coconut oil
    1 tbsp chia seeds
    1 tsp lemon zest
    1 tsp lemon juice
    .5 tsp vanilla
    3 tsp water
    Pinch of sea salt
    1 cup dried blueberries

    Directions:
Place everything into a blender or food processor.
Blend until mixed well and evenly blended. You might have to scrape down the sides a few times.
Use a tablespoon to gather batter and roll into balls. Place in fridge for 15 minutes and enjoy.

Skinnytaste - Chicken parmesan casserole (serve with spaghetti squash)

I run a robust, busy cooking group on Facebook called Au Naturel for scratch and/or organic cooking ... we aren't rigid about it, but that's the goal of most of our efforts. I gladly use "clean" convenience foods like organic ketchup ....

We have a load of recipes and photos posted in somewhat organized photo albums ... and lots of great docs with resources on where to buy, even if you live where there aren't great options!

    Join us if interested at:
