Happy to lose since the scale hadn't moved much all week. Big victory this week was measuring and learning I am 6" less over my body since starting Jillian stuff this month. 3" on my hips alone!

Pleased to see the scales have finally gone down this week... as last weekend went out for my hubby's parents 50th Anniversary meal, with a night of drinking! This was followed by a large breakfast in the pub where we stayed - cereal, a full English and toast. A great weekend though, so was worth the 2 days off.

No loss, really sturggling right now trying to keep momentum up, just finished week4 of couch to 5km, and I really love the running so that's been a real positive change since starting this challenge. Really aiming for 160 by my xmas party on Dec 14, 155 by christmas is my ultimate goal though... just keep on keeping on I guess, it's bound to happen eventually right? Going to tweek the food big time in the upcoming weeks, gotta make some big happening changes!0
