    I was up 2 lbs last week, but thought likely water weight as I had just started a new exercise program.
    Happy to have lost that plus another 1.6 lbs. Down 16 lbs. total since I came back to mfp in September.

    Pleased to see the scales have finally gone down this week... as last weekend went out for my hubby's parents 50th Anniversary meal, with a night of drinking! This was followed by a large breakfast in the pub where we stayed - cereal, a full English and toast. A great weekend though, so was worth the 2 days off. :)

    No loss, really sturggling right now trying to keep momentum up, just finished week4 of couch to 5km, and I really love the running so that's been a real positive change since starting this challenge. Really aiming for 160 by my xmas party on Dec 14, 155 by christmas is my ultimate goal though... just keep on keeping on I guess, it's bound to happen eventually right? Going to tweek the food big time in the upcoming weeks, gotta make some big happening changes!

    In life, you are going to want to celebrate birthdays, so it's OK to do that. We shouldn't do anything now we can't do for life, right?!

    To MelonGG: keep it up - you will see result if you are diligent and stay the course. I am having to force myself to remember that, too, but it really is true. You'll get there!

    After a gain since the beginning I was actually down today .8 of a lb. I will take it. Honestly I would of like to see a bigger loss but I know that I had a great week of eating and exercising so I will have to stay the course.

    I'm not ready to take measurements but I do feel like my body is more engaged or leaner.

    I am so happy that I was able to get back on track after a rough thanksgiving and week following. It was really tough on me mentally and i felt like giving up, but I am so happy now that i have stayed the course.
