    I'm starting keto because it's a more realistic lifestyle change for me, I need to because I am 75lbs overweight and I am just getting over a terrible leg break and ankle dislocation. I need to ease the pressure on my joints more than ever! I've never been a big carbs fan (they make me feel extremely bloated and sick), it's just the beer that has been my carby downfall!

    I was on keto before and I dropped 15lbs in the first couple of weeks, after that I began to stray and eventually went back to my old habits. Luckily I did not gain any of the weight back and after a few months of giving in to my carb addiction I am ready to start living it up keto style.     Just finished my first week on keto, I found it much easier/tastier than my first week on Dukan.
    I cant believe how tasty the food is and how full I'm feeling all the time.
