I believe I want to be under 20 grams net carbs. I know how to change my MFP goals but I don't see anyplace for net carbs. What is the easiest way to track net carbs?

I just subtract fiber from total carbs. I saw there was a chrome plugin you could get that would add a column but I couldn't get it to work so said f it and do it in my head =/

Change your Sugar or Sodium column to Fiber & you can deduct it yourself.

    Here's some more info

After doing that, I used this script to further tweak my macros on MFP to get them as close as possible to the ones I use from the keto-calculator

A lot of foods you can just tack on "net carbs" to the end of the search query and it will pop up that way automatically. No math!

I may be a day late and a dollar short here, but I am one of the guys who worked on the net carbs plugin for chrome. Msg me if you need any help with it. Surye is the one I ported from, I think his copy is up to date now as well.
