This challenge doesn't officially begin until November 1st. But for those of you who want to start now, I'll be posting practice sign-ins until the end of October. If you don't want to participate in the practice sign-ins, that's fine. If you do chose to participate and you mess up, you won't be booted from the group: until November, it's just practice.
Remember: you're free to say "no" to any of these questions through October 31st. But when November 1st hits, you must answer "yes" to all three questions every day in order to remain in the group.

I had a question about calorie budget. I haven't ever gone over my calories budget yet but what about on Thanksgiving. I saw that you said you can change the calorie goal for the day of a special occasion but if I manually change my calorie goal it sets that goal for everyday not just for that day. Then if I change it back to my normal goal the day after Thanksgiving it changes it again for every day so then it would look like I went over on Thanksgiving. Is there a way for it to just do it for that day? Also I have my account privacy set so that no one else can see it. Will I have to change that so you can see it for this challenge?0
