Ahhh the UK is soaking wet and autumn is in full swing. So just been out for an easy run along my local canal towpath......... rain, puddles, mud and slight flooding. It was a great run, I really do love this time of year and got back soaked through and muddied up to the eyeballs. I also ran faster, not bad considering I really didn't want to get up this morning lol.
I'm still grinning

Sorry I needed to share xx

It seems like the mornings I don't want to get out of bed I also have my best runs. :)

Its hit the south but its not as bad or as widespread as predicted. Luckily I'm in a more interesting part of the UK (nr the Peak District lol) thats avoided the "storm".
Unfortunately I've not had a good run since I posted last week, I'm going stir crazy with a bad sprain thats not improving but then again I will run about with abunch of women and an egg shaped ball, attempting to play rugby lol
Hope you all have had fab runs this week xx
