Good Morning and welcome to Day 64 of 90! I have Beta Speed 2.0 on the schedule for today. I'm going to be posting another challenge soon to starting once this 90 days is complete. Good morning!! You know I am interested for sure!
I did not get my workout done this morning, I had a mishap on Saturday (almost got decapitated by my trunk ) and I woke with horrible neck, shoulder and head painsI am hoping to get it in tonight

I am interested in another for sure. How is the T25 working for you? I can't help but wonder if the results they show are real, normal, average....etc. Turbo Fire is making me sweat like a greased pig on a hot summer day but I don't feel like it is changing my body.....I am trying to learn more patience and not expect miracles but I would like to see some definite changes to keep me motivated and encouraged. Yesterday when I came home from church I told my daughter, who was visiting from out of town, that several people asked me if I was losing weight.....her response was "Well, that is a very slimming outfit you are wearing"!! Gotta love our kids and their gut wrenching honesty!!0

RheneeB-I want to let you know that I completed one round of T25 with a loss of 11 lbs and 12 inches total. There are two phases that come with the set. The phases are Alpha and Beta for a total of 10 weeks. There is an additional phase called Gamma which is the strengthening phase. Currently I'm doing a hybrid that I devised on my own of Beta and Gamma. I set it up for 14 weeks to see what type of results I can achieve. Last week was pretty hectic so I started over week 2 this morning. I'm loving it so far. Trust me the results you see for these workouts are real. Now some of the individuals may have done 2 rounds, but it's worth looking into. I absolutely love the program because it's 25 mins and my body has really responded to this program. Now remember Nutrition is really important too. The nutrition plan that comes with the program is very simple and nothing complicated. Hope this helps. Hi gang! It looks like everyone is still hanging in there. I got back from my cruise yesterday. We had a great time. I ended up with a short case of food poisoning but it didn't occur until the drive home from the cruise so the timing was good. It lasted all night and was quite painful. Right now it looks like I may have gained two lbs but my weigh in is officially tomorrow so we will see. I would count 2 lbs gain on a cruise a great success! I ate what I wanted to and hit the gym once and walked alot. We will be planning another soon.
I am still recovering from the food poisoning (or whatever it is) and my ab muscles are very sore from it so I stuck to the elliptical and arms today at the gym. No way I can get in any Zumba or anything high impact today. I feel good for getting back into things with no hesitation at all. Yay!
