    Thank you for posting this up early enough :)

    Oh wow, 50 jumping jacks, OUCH. lol. I hate doing those (I actually like doing plank jacks over regular Jumping Jacks) I will do this, It will take me time to get the 50 in one day ha ha. Love these mini challenges

    Thinking I wont be able to do these. I think I have a pinched nerve. But I will definitely keep doing the others after a day of rest!

    instead of jacks, did
    clams, side bends, trunk twist. :tongue:

    50 squats (actually did 100)
    50 wall push ups (actually did 100)
    5x 1-minute plank (actually did 6)
    50 jumping jacks (wasn't doing extra of these, ha ha)

    Did mini challenge of 50 spuats with 3lb weights, 50 wall push-ups, 5x 1min planks, and 50 Jumping jacks.

    So far for Oct 28th I have knocked out my 50 Jumping jacks. Have company coming in from out of town this morning, so not sure what the day holds. I do know I can knock out my squats and wall jacks in the bathroom if have too. :) and no one knows the difference once I walk out of the restroom ha ha.

    Thank you! I am retired and have decided to spend my time improving myself! It has taken me months to work up to this. And I am finding just to miss one day is not a good thing for me. So I do what I can each day! Plus I joined alot of challenges! also! *** it should read the 27th I am dyslexic. And numbers are hard for me to always see. When I write them down I have to have my husband recheck them to make sure they are saying what I am saying. Confused? Me too! LOL Hubby just found I made another mistake! LOL!

    Instead of Jacks,
    I did:
    30 Trunk Twist,
    50 Side Bends w/10lbs Dumbells,

    125 Squats 10 lb weight
    125 Wall Push Ups
    125 Side Bends 10 lb weight
    100 Reverse Trunk Twist 10lb weight
    5 Planks, 2 for 1 minute each, 2 for 30 seconds and 1 ha! I got up and stayed for maybe 20 seconds.
    My arms hurt. But I have noticed with the planks I have 3 bad days then I have 1 good day. So improvement is all I want!
