Week 8 Day 1- DONE!

I DID IT! I just completed Week 8 Day 1 and ran for a whole 28 minutes at an average of 12:17/mile. Today was definitely rough considering the following:
- It's that time of the month...
- I'm sick, sinus infection like whoa.
- I have severe calf pain from strength training.
The old me would have just not run and made a million excuses! I'm not that girl anymore!
